Any items that require a license, are hazardous, flammable, drugs, animals, and unpackaged food.

Yes, your items are insured with Generali Seguros. The policy covers losses due to damage and/or theft up to a maximum of €1,000 per suitcase (a police report must be provided). We recommend that you do not store items worth more than this amount.

This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens, and in general, technological items (LCDs, GPS navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory cards, or any other media containing data or images.

Your personal documents (passport, driver’s license, etc.) are stored at your own risk and responsibility.

Any item that fits within the dimensions of the rented locker, except for the prohibited items mentioned.

You can rent them for a minimum of 24 hours up to a maximum of 90 days.

The rental is for personal use only. The access code cannot be shared, and belongings cannot be left with third parties.

You may stay for the necessary time to use the lockers and, if needed, charge your device or make use of the services offered. Under no circumstances is overnight stay allowed or any disruptive behavior permitted.
